Order Status

How long before I get my order?
	Depending on time of the day you place an order with us we either dispatch the same day or next day. For Australian deliveries please allow 2-6 working days provided stock is readily available to be dispatched.
My order has not arrived.
	Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site and select "Review orders / track packages" to check your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
	Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. If the order is no longer editable, contact our Customer Service immediately. We will endeavour to accommodate your request, if the item/s has not yet been shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
	You can cancel your order prior to shipment and we will send full refund back to you within 7 days. If your order has already been shipped our Return Policy will apply.
How do I track my order?
	Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site and select "Review orders / track packages" to check status of your order. Under order history you'll see list of your orders. Click "View or change order" button to see order details, payment information, shipping address and tracking number if available for selected shipping method. Alternatively if you have been provided tracking number via email, you can click on the link within the email to be forwarded to Australia Post website. You can also visit http://auspost.com.au/track/ and type in your tracking number.
