We are located in Melbourne and to make sure that our customers receive orders ASAP, we ship most of our products within 24 hours. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will generally be sent out on the next business day.

Australia Post Parcel Post service

Regular Parcel Post charges are based on total amount of your order:

Happy Toes are unable to accept responsibility for lost parcels that are sent using Regular Post. By choosing this delivery method you are accepting all responsibility should your parcel get lost.

The delivery times for Regular Post service are between 2 and 6 working days depending on your location. All Australia Post Parcel Post items have a tracking number. The email address and phone number you supply with your order will be used to provide tracking information about your parcel.

Australia Post Express Post service

Orders of up to $66 inc GST in value - $16.50
All orders over $66 inc GST in value - $22.00

Express Post service is available Australia-wide if you require your order more urgently. Express Post offers a next business day delivery guarantee with tracking within certain areas covered by the Express Post delivery network. Our usual best endeavour to post within 1 business day still applies but we do give priority to Express Post orders. Typical delivery times may be 2-3 days depending on your location.

NOTE: AUSTRALIA POST HAS CURRENTLY SUSPENDED THE EXPRESS POST DELIVERY GUARANTEE DUE TO COVID-19. However, Express Post is still the fastest delivery method.

Courier

Large orders may be shipped using a courier service. Cost of courier shipping is quoted individually and depends on size and distance travelled.

We reserve the right to specify a courier service for smaller orders as needed.

Local Collection in Melbourne

Unfortunately we are not able to offer local collection in Melbourne at this time.

International Orders

Unfortunately we do not currently accept orders for postage to international addresses.

Postage FAQs

1. I have an email saying my order has shipped but the tracking number doesn't show any scans. Has it really shipped?

Yes. Australia Post typically does not scan prepaid satchels at the point of origin. The first scan is usually near the destination and may occur several business days after you receive the shipping confirmation email.

2. Why does it take so long to see the first scan of the tracking number?

The first scan of a parcel may not occur until the parcel has reached a distribution centre near the destination. If you are not in or near Melbourne, it may take several days for your parcel to reach this centre. Please allow for this before contacting us about items not shipped if you have received a shipping email.

3. I paid for Express Post. Why didn't my order arrive next day?

An Express Post order will usually be packed and posted by the next business day after ordering. We are not able to guarantee same day pack and post when you order. We post from Melbourne's eastern suburbs, within the Express Post network, and many locations will then receive next business day delivery. The Express Post network does not support next day deliveries to all locations in Australia.

4. Can you guarantee my order will arrive by a certain day?

No. Australia Post provides estimated delivery dates only. We cannot guarantee the actual delivery time after lodging an item with Australia Post. Selecting Express Post will often reduce the delivery time by several days compared with regular Parcel Post.
