Australian orders
 
  • Product prices quoted on product description pages are GST inclusive.
  • Shopping cart, order confirmation page and some promotions display prices ex GST due to fact that our system uses ex GST prices internally.
  • Discounts are always calculated before GST is added to the price total. 
Note: We reserve a right to change our pricing or modify existing discounts at any time.
New Zealand orders
 
  • Orders shipped to New Zealand postal addresses do not attract GST.
  • Product prices quoted on product description pages include 10% GST as we are based in Australia.
  • Correct ex GST price is calculated during checkout after NZ shipping address is specified
  • Customers are not liable to pay GST on imports valued up to NZ$400 when goods arrive in NZ.

Quantity discounts
  Selected products can be purchased with quantity discount provided you buy 6 or more pairs. Our shopping cart automatically calculates the discount for you during checkout depending on how many pairs you're purchasing. The system also shows how much you're saving.

5% discount - if you purchase 6 or more pairs of eligible product(s)
10% discount - if you purchase over 12 pairs of eligible product(s)

Which products are currently eligible?
All bamboo socks

Please note that you can mix and match different styles, sizes and colors of qualifying products only.

For example:
If you're buying 7 pairs of black extra thick bamboo socks in size 6-10 - you qualify for 5% off
If you're buying 3 pairs of walnut bamboo business socks in size 10-14 and 4 pairs of kids bamboo ped socks for 3-5 year old child - 10% discount applies as both products are eligible
If you're buying 7 pairs of school socks and 2 pairs of white bamboo crew socks - no discounts apply
How do we calculate cost of shipment?
  Our shipping rates are one of the lowest on the market and we work hard to keep it that way. Shipping discounts are calculated based on ex GST subtotal of your order. This is because internally our system only works with ex GST prices.
