| Why should I create Happy Toes account? | |
| Creating an account with us will allow you to access features within our website that would not otherwise be available. These include order tracking, order history, managing your personal details, wishlist, gift certificates, not having to type in your details every time you order and more. | What can I manage under "My Account"? | |
| Following features are available after you create your own Happy Toes account: Review Orders/Track orders - View status of your recent orders. View all previous orders. Change Billing Address - Update billing address on file Change Shipping Address - Update shipping address on file Change Quantities/Cancel Orders - Change quantities before order is dispatched or completely cancel order. (Subject to available stock) Print Invoices - Reprint invoices for previous orders Return Items - Show procedure for returning items Change Email Address, or passsword - Update your email address or password Change Email Preferences - If you signed up to our mailing list but want to opt out or vice versa Manage your billing adresses - Alternate between multiple addresses on file. Choose billing address that you want to use Manage your shipping addresses - Alternate between multiple addresses on file. Choose shipping address that you want to use Edit or Delete credit / debit card - Add/remove credit card details View Gift Certificate Balance - View current gift certificate balance, view most recent purchases using gift certificate Apply a gift certificate to your account - Apply new gift certitifcate to your account Edit a review that I wrote - Say what you think about our products by writing/editing a review View My Wishlist - View products you saved that you may want to buy in the future |

| How do I create Happy Toes account? | |
| Add product(s) to cart Click "View Cart" and then "Proceed to checkout" button Fill out all fields marked with * Specify password of at least 6 characters Choose shipping method Enter payment details and click "Place Order" button or Click "My Account" on the top of a page and under "New Customers" section click "Continue". Type your email address, select password (at least 6 characters) and if you don't want to receive newsletters from us untick checkbox provided. After clickinig "Continue" supply your name, mailing address and phone number. Click "Continue" one more time and your account gets created. When ordering next time you can simply login as returning customer for faster checkout. |

| What is my password? | |
| If you forgot your password, click on the Forgot your password link under "Returning Customers" on "My Account" page. Enter your email address and press "Send My Password Now" button. Your password will be emailed to you. If you don't receive an email from us within next few minutes, please make sure to add happytoes.com.au domain to safe senders list of your email program. |

| What if I don't want to create account? | |
| It is not a requirement that you create an account with us, however you will be unable to check on status of your order, view order history and manage your personal and payment details. Moreover you'll be unable to use features like wishlist and gift certificate. Follow these steps to checkout without creating an account: Add product(s) to cart Click "View Cart" and then "Proceed to checkout" button Fill out all fields marked with * Do not specify password under Registration section Choose shipping method Enter payment details and click "Place Order" button |
