| Are products I ordered available? | |
| Most of our products are in stock and ship within 24 hours. Product availability can be seen on product details page and normally states "Usually ships in 24 hours". This means product is in stock and we are ready to ship it. If product availability states "Currently on order" we are unable to take your order until we receive more stock. If it states "Currently unavailable" we are waiting for confirmation the product will be available from our suppliers. Products that are not available longer term are removed from our website. |

| What if products I ordered ran out of stock? | |
| Our products and product colours are dynamically updated by our system. When a product or product colour runs out of stock it is not possible to order it. Although product itself stays visible on our website a warning message pops up when you attempt to add it to cart. Once re-stocked, product quantities and colours are updated and customers can order them again. Exception to this are products that allow back-orders. Back-order enabled products can be ordered even after we run out of stock as we can re-fill the stock within 48 hours after your order is placed should the stock ever run out.
If you want to know when a product that you've seen on our website last time will become available again, please contact our Customer Service. Otherwise just visit us more frequently to find your favorites back in stock again. |
