Payment Options
Online Payments
  Happy Toes currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards as well as Paypal.

Paying by PayPal is quickest and most secure payment method as your credit card details are only stored with PayPal themselves and no other party gets to see them. We recommend that you sign up to use PayPal service, however you don't have to. You can select PayPal payment method during checkout and pay using your credit without signing in as well. To sign up for an account go to www.paypal.com.au, click "Sign up" and select personal account. You'll be asked to fill out a form and link your credit card details to start shopping straight away. Once you've created your account select PayPal payment method during checkout and our system will forward you to PayPal page where you will be prompted to log in with your new PayPal enabled email address and password to pay for your order. If payment fails to complete due to an error you will be notified within 24 hours. We recommend PayPayl as the primary payment method.

Paying by credit card is second best option. Credit cards are processed online in real-time by our Australian payment gateway provider (eWay) who authorize and charge given amount to your credit card during the checkout process. Since all credit card payments are processed straight away we can dispatch your order quicker. If payment fails to complete due to an error you will be notified immediately.

If you like using credit cards but worry a little about using them online, we can assure you that you're in safe hands. Both our payment gateway provider (eWay) and web hosting company (Volusion) are PCI DSS compliant. Our website doesn't hanlde any credit card details, it simply passes your payment information after you type it directly to our payment gateway provider Eway and waits for confirmation from them whether payment suceeded or not. Refunds are handled in similar fashion by placing a request through Eway. You private information is never stored anywhere on our website. Simple and safe.

Offline Payments
  If you prefer not using your credit card online please select "Bank Trasfer" as a payment method when completing checkout process. Bank transfers do take longer to process as we can not dispatch your order until payment has arrived. As a general rule allow two business days for all bank transfers to complete. Note that if payment doesn't arrive within 7 days your order will be automatically cancelled by our system.

Important: Always quote your order number when sending payment to make sure we know your payment has been received. You order may get delayed if order number isn't quoted.
Other Information
  As we try hard to keep our costs down to make sure we can offer good pricing to our customers we can not accept following payment methods due to high administration costs involved:

  • Credit cards other than Visa, MasterCard and American Express
  • Credit card payments over the phone, fax or post
  • Payments in currencies other than Australian dollar
  • Personal/Bank cheques
  • Money orders
