We are located in Sydney and all orders are shipped from this location. To make sure that our customers receive orders ASAP, we ship most of our products within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekend or public holiday will ship out on next business day.
You have a choice of four delivery methods:
Standard Parcel or Large Letter Post (Australia Post)
Parcel Post charges are based on total amount of your order:
Orders of up to $22 inc GST in value - $4.00
Orders of up to $44 inc GST in value - $5.50
Orders of up to $66 inc GST in value - $7.00
All orders over $66 inc GST receive free shipment
Happy Toes are unable to accept responsibility for lost parcels that are sent using Standard Parcel Post. By choosing this delivery method you are accepting all responsibility should your parcel get lost. The delivery times for Standard parcel service are anywhere between 1 and 5 working days depending on your location. Note that Standard Parcel Post doesn't come with online tracking however depending on size of your order and shipping address we may choose to use Parcel Post Plus which is a trackable service.
Registered Post (Australia Post)
All orders of any value - extra $3.05 on the top of standard Parcel Post charges.
Orders sent via Registered Post need to be signed for therefore, if there is no one available to sign for your order, you will have to pick it up at your local Post Office. Registered Post comes with full online tracking.
Happy Toes offer a full compensation for parcels deemed lost when sent using this method.
Express Post (Australia Post)
Orders of up to $44 inc GST in value - $10.70
All orders over $44 inc GST in value - $14.00
Express Post service is available Australia-wide if you require your order urgently. Express Post offers next business day delivery guarantee with tracking for all areas covered by Express Post delivery network.
Please note that Happy Toes are unable to accept responsibility for lost parcels that are sent using Express Post. By choosing this delivery method you are accepting all responsibility should your parcel get lost.
Express Post Platinum (Australia Post)
Orders of up to $44 inc GST in value - $13.80
All orders over $44 inc GST in value - $17.90
Express Post Platinum is similar to courier service as items are signed for on delivery and tracked. When choosing this method please make sure that there is someone available to sign for your order when it arrives. If unsure please provide a phone number you can be contacted on during business hours. We recommend using work or business address. If there is no one to sign for your delivery, a card will be left advising where the item can be collected from. Express Post Platinum is offered for all areas covered by Express Post Platinum delivery network.

Registered Post International (Australia Post)
Orders of up to $40 in value - $16.20
Orders of up to $100 in value - $18.70
All orders over $100 in value - $5.75
Stated delivery times are 3 to 10 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities.
Signature on delivery is requirement for all orders.
Happy Toes offer a full compensation for all orders that are declared lost when sent using Registered Post International.

Due to higher risk associated with international orders we only offer following delivery method:

Happy Toes use this method for all orders outside Australia and New Zealand.
Shipping charges vary from country to country, depending on charging zones.
Stated delivery times are 3 to 10 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities.
Signature on delivery is requirement for all orders.
Please note that we offer a full compensation for all orders that are declared lost when sent using Registered Post International.
All orders of any value - charges start from $20
If you want to know exact delivery charges to your country (outside Australia or New Zealand) please email us advising what products and quantities you would like to order and we will promptly get back to you with cost of shipping.

| Returns and Warranty Policy |

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, Happy Toes offer a full refund on any item(s) returned within 14 days from day of purchase. Following condition apply:
- Items returned have to be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
- Delivery charges for orders shipped out of our warehouse can not be refunded.
- Delivery charges for items returned back to our warehouse are not refunded except where incorrect items were shipped or error was on our behalf.
- Refund of purchase price is processed within 7 working days after receipt of returned items. You will be notified by email when refund has been processed.
- We reserve a right to charge additional delivery costs where there was no error on our behalf.
- If exchanging an item(s), sizes and colours requested are subject to availability.
Important: You must contact us before returning any goods providing following details:
Your full name
Order number
Items and quantities being returned
Reason for return
Are you requesting refund or exchange
If exchange what items, colours and sizes you'd like to send back

Happy Toes can not be held responsible for items mailed back to us that get lost or misplaced before reaching us.
You are advised to keep proof of posting for your return/exchange.
